Route Determination Shipping Conditions Issue

Hi All,

I am working on setting up route determination.  In IMG path Logistics Execution > Basic Transportation Functions > Routes > Route Determination > Maintain Route Determination, I have the following entry maintained:

US (departure country)     Z00000000A (zone attached to shipping point)    US (receiving country)    Z000000002 (zone attached to receiving customer master)

When I drill into the Route Determination Without Weight Group for this entry, I have the following entries set up:

01 (shipping condition in receiving customer master)    Z001 (transport group in material master)     Z00002 (route to be determined)
PH                                                                            Z001                                                        Z00PH2 

In my tests, route Z00002 is correctly determined.  However, if I leave everything is the same except change the customer's shipping conditions from 01 to PH, no route is determined.  I have also tested that if the shipping condition is 01, I can change the configuration to determine Z00PH2 correctly, so the route is not the problem.  Furthermore, I have tried using another standard shipping condition of 02, which also will not work when I replace 01 with it in configuration.

Does anyone know what could be the reason that 01 works, but no other shipping conditions will work?  I created type PH with reference to 01, so what configuration could I be missing?

Hi,

Check in OVL2 shipping condition 01 will be maintained against the shipping point.
