oaaq change back to correct closed year

hi all,

i done the year end ajrw and ajab and i also notice that oaaq also updated.

but due to someone change oaaq by reducing 1 year, i need advice how to change oaaq back. as we know oaaq, can reduce but cannot increase the year.

example the ajab to close year 2011 for company ABC. after ajab, oaaq closed year is 2011. then depreciation in year 2012 also carry out until period 4.

then someone unwittingly changed the oaaq year to 2010 for company ABC.

so because of this, i tried ajab to close 2011 again thinking can bring oaaq to 2011 but ajab not allow me to run and it says year already closed something like that.

need advice how to bring oaaq back to correct closed year.

thanks

Hi, you don't have to run AJAB again. Just enter 2011 in transactionn OAAQ and save.

Hi,

I had accidently opened a closed fiscal year-2012 in OAAQ. Can you anyone let me know how to close it once again. Once i re-open a fiscal year in OAAQ, SAP doesn't allow me to close/revert the change in OAOQ. The error states in OAAQ - "You are not allowed to increase to a later fiscal year". Also, while running AJAB for 2012, I get an error: "2012 Error in Dep. Calculation"

Hi all,

To resolve the above error, I did AFAR(Dep. Recalculaion) and AFAB(Dep. Posting). Now when  I do AJAB(year-end closing), I get the error for 1000 assets: "Asset not yet capitalised, although an acquisition exists for it". Can you help me resolve this issue.
