Browse iView for folder selection of the search scope problem

Hi all,

In the Advanced Search UI, when I choose the folder search scope and select a folder using the browse button, if this folder's name contains a space, the space is truncated.

I can perform the search, but the selected scope has no effect. Infact, if I disply options again, I can see that the selected folder is marked in red and an error message warns me that an incorrect folder has been chosen (of course, because of the space cut off).

This happens on a system having these specs:

<i>Portal 6.0.9.0.0

KnowledgeManagementCollaboration 6.0.9.3.0 (NW04 SPS09 Patch3)</i>

On another system with:

<i>Portal 6.0.11.3.0

KnowledgeManagementCollaboration 6.0.11.3.0 (NW04 SPS 11 Patch 3)</i>

the Browse iView works correctly, but I can't find any appropriate SAP note about this issue, so I don't know if this is a known problem and there is a patch to correct it. I can't just update to SP11 that system, I'm looking for a less invasive approach.
