How to restrict users to access the dashboard in SAP B1(B1iF)

I Created and deployed user Dashboard in SAP B1, I want to restrict those views to limited users. Please help me on this.

Hi Reshma,

Try Assigning the Authorizations through General Authorizations Window.

General Authorizations-->Cockpit & Widget-->Widget Content-->Dashboards.

That is complete dashboard authorizations. I am asking for the particular Customized Dashboard authorizations. for the particular dashboard restrictions. Please do needful help.

If you are talking about giving restricted access to a particular user for the customized dashboard report then you can restrict in the Report & Layout Manager-->Select the  Report--> click on Set Authorization and it will take you to authorizations window there you can assign the authorizations.

Hi Vamsi,

it's not crystal Report Dashboard Reports which is not available in Report & Layout Manager. I am not getting proper documents for it. I am using Xcelsius Dashboard Tool for the development and integrated with SAP B1. I am asking about this dashboard Authorization setup details.

Please help me.
