ITSM Service request Parties Involved Label Names

Hi, We are running SOLMAN 7.1 SP10 and ITSM service desk. Just recently when creating a new service request, the Label Names under Parties Involved have changed to Partner Numbers XX. See my screenshot.,

Anyone have any advice? Its only happening in our Production.
