Hi Friends,

My clien got following error while creating PO.

No conditions determined (no authorization for input)

Message no. 06235

Diagnosis

Your user master record does not include authorization to perform this function or display certain data.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator.

Your function authorization does not cover the entry of conditions.

Ihave checked in SU01 for authorization check-

Function authorizations may be maintained or displayed by authorized persons in Customizing.

I have checked in SU01D for user authorization - (ZB for EFB is avilable

AlsoI have checked OMET for functional aunthorization for PO (enter conditions check mark not selected,the error is coing for this PO onlyothers PO are ok.so anything related to contract(outline agreement) ? whichis used for stock trnasfer?

Kindly help me in fixing the issue? what is to be done in this case?

    Hi Aparna,

    Ask the user to put \nsu53 in command bar immediately after getting the error in ME21N screen and get that screen shot to analyze the authorization error in detail.

    Always care about the error messages in a PO from bottom up to the top.

    Which means in your case that you have to assign an outline agreement.

    I guess after you have done that, all conditions will default from the outline agreement and the errors above will go away.
