CRM roles cannot be copied

Hi,

I am in Sol Man 7.1 using Tcode SM_CRM.

I need to use in Tcode SU01 the roles SAP_SM_CRM_UIU * to give the right access.

The problem is in my company the roles cannot start with SAP so I have to copy then and

rename the role. When i rename the role , the access is lost. I only can give the right access

if I gave the SAP_SM_CRM_UIU * role.

I Know that I can give in Tcode SU01 the parameter crm_UI_profile, but I not thinking doing

that in all users.

How can I resolve this problem ?

Hello, Eduardo.

I can guess your're talking about an access to WebUI. Am I right? If so then proceed to business role configuration and change PFCG roles in appropriate business roles to your own (tx. CRMC_UI_PROFILE). The pfcg role field there is actually served to select an appropriate business role (or business roles) without organizational structure assignments or user parameter.

Also I'd suggest the blog Where are the business roles assigned in SAP CRM. See the Step 5 c in your case there.
