Data load issue

Hi All,

I am trying to load data from R/3 into BI and load is in yellow for long time with messages 'Info IDoc 1 : sent, not arrived ; IDoc ready for dispatch (ALE service) '.

And when I checked connection between, it is giving message '

Result of the destination check: Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: ' ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc RSAR 375

if it is really causing data load issue. Please advice.
