Enhanced field is getting data in RSA3 but not getting data in PSA

Hi Gurus

I have enhanced 2 fields to our Material attribute data source ( BW 3.5 ) and wrote required user exit code. I have run extractor checker RSA3 and these 2 fields are getting data as expected . After that I have replicated the data source and got the fieldsin BW data source. I have mapped these fields with objects ( added as attributes of material ) in transfer rules and update rule and activated them.

Now when I try to load PSA using infopackge ( No filter in Infopackage ) data is getting loaded but those 2 enhanced fields are not getting data ( when I run RSA3 , I can see data for these 2 fields ) , I have checked the transfer flag in data source and its there, dont see any other reason. so kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance

Hi Rava,

Have you unchecked hide option in data source maintenance,

other wise with ABAP expert pls debug the Info pack level.

Info pack monitor, details tab, select any one data packet processing, right click, clik on simulate update and see.

ABAP expert can handle this debug.

As per my note the fields are visible and replicated to BW and they are not getting data. When I run RSA3 I am getting data. Believe me I have done all basic stuff related with enhancement including unhiding fields, making sure transfer flag is on in data source

Hi Rava,

At ECC side pls look at T code SM58(Luws will be hung, if any exist there, pls do the manual execution(F6),)

final options pls debug info pack.

Hi Kris,

you've already solved the issue but this is the note related to authorizations when extracting from Source System to BW, authorizations listed need to be applied in both systems...

150315 - BW-Authorizations for Remote-User in BW and OLTP

Thanks,
