BSP error after SP53

Hi,

we applied SP53 to our system; now all BSP's fail with "Internal Error in Business Server Page Runtime"; include CL_BSP_RUNTIME================CM001, row 196. All SICF settings seem OK; nothing's different in the BSP or ITS settings as seen in SE80->Utilities->Settings. Any hints?
