Wrong font being displayed

Hi everyone,

I am on BO3.1. I have a problem when displaying my WEBI report. My reports are designed and saved using the Calibri font. But sometimes when the report is displayed, the wrong font comes out. In every case it comes out as Arial. This doesn't happen all the time, but enough times to make users notice and raise an issue because of inconsistency.

I tried clearing the cache from the developer tools, clearing the browser history and restarting internet explorer. These do not work and the problem will always come back. The weird thing is, if I go into edit mode, the calibri font will be displayed.

Has anyone faced this kind of issue before? Any help is most appreciated.

Hi,

What is the Patch and SP level you are in?

Is this error occuring while running reports in Infoview?? If so what is Java Version you have?

Have you checked the report in Webi Rich Client?

Hi.. Just found out what was wrong. The file fontalias.xml and i18n.xml were missing the Calibri information. The weird thing was we already updated these files before and somehow it got reverted to the previous version.

But anyway, after restarting the tomcat it is fine like usual. Thanks.
