SAP SalesDocuments basic..

Hi All,

I want to understand the basic process of SAP SD.

can anyone explain me, Whats a

1. Quotation

2. Order

3. Inquiry

4. Production Order are??

I want to know how the process flow goes from Inquiry/Quote to Production of the materail in the plant..

If this is not the right forum, please do let me know the right forum..

Also please tell me, from where i can get more details about the above..

Any help would be highly appreciated.
