We have 1 customer with 1 PC where the printsetup dialog box is empty (also when he want to print, we see a question mark). It's a windows 7 (32 bit) with a network printer(hp officejet), xps-printer and a pdf-printer(other applications like openoffice are ok). No printer is shown in our applications(PB9 and PB11.5). Where must we search? permissions?
Other customers with Windows 7 have no problems.
