Release codes are not appearing in Release strategy simulation

Hi SAPians,

I try to replicate a PO in production system into Quality. but release strategy is not triggering. (same doc type, etc etc) I go through all possibilities like maintaining values CL24N and all configuration is same as production. But I found one difference.

In the Production system, P1 P2 are showing in the box, but this is not happening in Quality.

Any suggestions, to make it happen!! I'm thinking that this effect causing the release strategy not to trigger.

Hi,

Check any difference in the View Maintenance: Data in SE10 for the Transport request in both the systems.

compare your customizing at table level.

I think you have different entries in table T16FS in your 2 systems.

All release strategy tables start with T16F*, so it is worth to compare all to make sure that they are consistent.

Check the Release Pre requisites as well Release statuses are set correctly. You can compare the same from Prd client.

Yes Ashok, everything is same. but still its not working. Simulation also works fine. but its not triggering @PO creation and the difference I found is the attached screen shot.

Have you compared in Dev and Prd servers. Do you see release codes in the said path (simulation). If yes, then there must be something wrong with the configuration. Some one may have removed / changed the configuration and moved to quality and then undone the changes in dev and forgot to move it to quality. This could be one of the reason.

You can check whether any requests are recently moved to quality server.
