How to register agates with the ADMIN instance

I am trying to register 2 agates that reside on the same host as my admin instance. How can I accomplish this.

In the admin guide it says

The following rules should be observed:

• Install an ITS Administration instance for every productive AGate server.

• Create one URL definition in the WGate configuration (WGate registry) for each ITS AGate

instance that is to be administered.

Anyone know where this is documented?
