Plant Maintenance User Status Based BW Reporting

Hello -

Background : Plant Maintenance in ECC has a System Status and a User Status at the Order Head Level.

The questions are related to USER STATUS and not System Status

Questions:

1. Has anyone got examples of type of BW reports developed using the 'User Status' Field'. The reports could be operational or a KPI

2. Has anyone ever used User Status in reporting on Work Order Backlog.

    If so:

    - What was the need to use User Status (vs. some combinaiton of Order Type, System Status, PM Activity Type)

    - Since there can be multiple user statuses at the same time on the Work Order, what did the Selection Screen look like

User statuses are different steps which client wants to maintain in a work order, which either denotes whether a step has been completed or it has dependent steps needs to be performed.

As far as BW usage or analytics based on this seems to be varying.

I don't have any example but I remember working on these combined with project systems.

Which divides plan vs actual.
