IDOCSender Communication channel Error due to Ack Destination unavailable on PI 7.31

Hi Experts,

We just upgraded from PI 7.3 Java stack only to PI 7.31 Java Stack only. After completing imports now we are getting error in Communication Channel saying Ack Destination unavailable. It is not an Mandatory field in Communication channel. Is there a way we can turn off this Acknowledgement in NWA. Please help

Hi Anand,

You need to populate the Ack Destination field in all IDoc Sender comm channels even though it is optional. This we faced in PI 7.31, though in PI 7.3 we used to keep blank Ack Destination field.

Thanks for your response. So jut to be clear there is no way for me to turn off this Ack Destination and I have to configure the Ack destination am I correct

In my case, I did not find any other work around.
