I have question regarding the workflow .
In standard workflow 'ws20000081' the leave request , we have a task '000263 Have absence created by administrator'.
In this the agent assignement is done with the role type and the role object is 60100010 whihc is a role for the HRAdministrator
and this step is failing when the sytem tries to create a work item .
the error that is logged is 'Problems establishing agents for step 0000000263 of WS20000081 '
if someone has a clue how does this determination works it would be of grt help.
I have tried making this task as a general task is this right?
then but then the question is how this need to be mapped to the user to get the workitem created in his workflow inbox i mean who will be the HRAdministrator and how do i assign this or where do i assign the rule for determining the agent for this task ?
