Drag and Drop Org Management

Our client has seen a demo of drag and drop org management functionality in the portal. They want us to implement it. However, I don't know where to find this. The Content on SDN doesn't show a drag and drop org package. Furthermore, I heard that this functionality has "gone away".

Let me know:

1) If functionality to drag and drop in Org management is available. (SAP or 3rd party)

2) Where to find the functionality.
