Issue in OPK4N transaction

Hi All,

I have configured customer specific fields and shift using OPK4N in development client and it is working fine in development and quality client. I am confirming production order using CO15 and these setting appear in CO15 in development nd quality client.

But in production client these settings are not appearing in CO15 as there is no setting available on OPK4N. Setting (check boxes) required to configured customer specific fileds and shift are missing in production client. I am not sure why this is not appearing in production client.

For more clarification you can reffer attached screen shots for development and production client for opk4n

Please suggst ASAP.

Please check have you activated  EP3 object "LOG_PP_SRN_CONF" for shiftwise confirmation in your production system?

This is information note in which you need to follow the steps for maintaining the transaltion which will reflect in Single screen confirmations the screen are available after maintaing the transaltion in table mentioned in Note.

Cross checked that LOG_PP_SRN_CONF has been activated please take help from Basis person.

Check the setting the of OPK1 and OPK0

Also refer OSS note 1415590.

Dear,

Go to In SFW5 transaction --> System Settings --> Transport only generated a workbench transport request with "Status Tables Switch Framework Client-Independent" (Object type = SF02, Object = A) and again transport it to your production system.

Also open OSS message to SAP.

Dear Mayur,

                   Could you please update me on how you solved the issue. I am also facing the same issue where in development and quality the shift wise confirmation is working fine. But in production the customizations of OPK4N and OPK1 are missing. Business function shows activated in production too. But the domain EHP3_RU_DT_DYNNR is switched off in production. Please help me on how to go about it,

Hi

Check in T code SFW5 whether LOG_PP_SRN_CONF is activated and then only you will able to do settingas in OPK4N and also check in OPK0 you have selected in default tab of single screen confirmation  under default value , shift> fixed shift and assigned your grouping.
