Issue in OPK4N transaction

Hi All,

I have configured customer specific fields and shift using OPK4N in development client and it is working fine in development and quality client. I am confirming production order using CO15 and these setting appear in CO15 in development nd quality client.

But in production client these settings are not appearing in CO15 as there is no setting available on OPK4N. Setting (check boxes) required to configured customer specific fileds and shift are missing in production client. I am not sure why this is not appearing in production client.
