The Correspondence iView is contained in the Correspondence workset of the Business Package for Course Administrator (SAP ERP) 1.51. See the link below. Install and configure the business package, assign the portal role to your user after which you should be able to see the iView in question. Notice that the Course Administrator content has not been migrated to Launchpad so it is still implemented by a portal role.
