PlatformAgentService on process server could not be started.

Hi all,

SAP CPS version M33.69-61130.

I have installed the redwood agent on a high availability server running windows cluster.

I have confugured the scheduler agent service to be highly available.

Then i manually created a windows process server in the CPS, and configured the ipaddress and port of the cluster.

It gave me an error:

Secret of platform agent does not match with secret of process server

So, I copied the secret from the agent and copied and configured, which solved this problem.

Now, when i start the Process server, i get the status "Partially running" and the error in operator message:

Service "PlatformAgentService" on process server on process server "SSAPPIQASAV" could not be started.

The full text goes:

Service "PlatformAgentService" on process server on process server "SSAPPIQASAV" could not be started.
