Integrating SAP CRM7.0 EHP2 and Groupware Platforms

Dear Expert,

We are considering to implement groupware inergation with CRM7.0 EHP2. And then transfer account, contact, task, activity between CRM and Outlook.

Also receive email in CRM and send email from CRM.

Could you please kindly tell me where can I find the customzing document?
