error in sale order creation

Hi......!

while creating sale order system showing error as Message no ZMSG012.

please advice how to rectify the same.

As we already had maintain all the fields with respective entries still we are getting the incorporated message.

Hi Neha

I want to know at which point you are getting this message? On enter or save. I hope this is in MV45AFZZ program in user-exits USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP or USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD. Ask your ABAPER to check this if you are not familiar with these user exits. If this is on save then check USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.

Hi,

Go transaction code SE91 Message maintenance and give the message class as ZMSG and message number as 012. It will show you the message. Select the message text and use the where used functionality to find out which user exit is triggering this message. With the help of your ABAPer find out which fields are being checked and maintain those fields

Hi Neha,

As this is a customized message which has been incorporated in the exit (propably on saev). From the message it seems that there are few mandatory fields in Additional Data B tab. Please check and maintain these fields to solve this error.

Hi Neha,

As this is a zee message which you have done settings as per your requirements. Check the same with your abaper why this message has been triggering even though you have maintained the required details.
