activity can’t be displayed on the Calendar

SAP CRM SALES V2.1;

Iphone 5: Setting-calendar-activity- display in calendar-appoint (on).

but any activity can't be displayed on the Calendar.

Is there the activity in Activity list on the device? After you select the Activity menu.

Yes,there are many activities in Activity list. and i can find the activities in web ui ‘ calendar,but not in iphone.

Hi,

Check if your activity is in the NWMobile server in the Data Object MAS_ACTIVITY.

Check you are a partner of the activity

Check Date Ranges of the activity with your configuration

*Check Settings-> Activities The Start & End Period inside the Application.

*Sometimes you might be able to see the activity in your calendar but no in the Activity List from Menu due this.

Check the app setting on the device. Setting -> Calendar -> Activity

Customer Relationship Management -> CRM Sales Mobile-> Transaction -> Transaction Types->Activity Download Criteria -> Activity Update Parameters

The date type must be ORDERPLANNED date.
