Change the Self-Registration Page

Dear all

I need to integrate some new fields in the Self-registration Page, like Telephone, Mobile City (This Fields are avaible in the Creation off the User in the Portal but not in the Self-Resgistration Page.

Does Any one know what changes its necessary to Implement?
