    Hi,

Account/Accrual keys are assigned to condition types in Tcode V/08 and not in VKOA.

Only one account key and/or accrual key can be assigned to each condition type in V/08. In VKOA we would specify the GL accounts against each account key.

The condition type field appearing in VKOA is not sales pricing procedure condition type.

    Regards,

      Hi Venu,

In the t.code: VKOA we have two standard condition types KOFI and KOFK, apart from this we can also create own condition types, here for the Condition type for KOFI, KOFK etc..., we can assign the multiple account key's which are maintained in the SD pricing procedure.

      Thanks & Regards

      Srinu

    Hi Venu Gopal,

Please note that the account keys are used to help the system determine the G/L Accounts to be posted to.

Hence for each combination of Pricing Procedure and Condition type more than one Account Key can be assigned.

You can do this in the SPRO path - Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Account Assignment/Costing>Revenue Account Determination>Define And Assign Account Keys.

    HI,

As rightly said by Ravi you cannot assign more than one account key to condition type.

VKOA is the transaction where you maintain which GL has to be picked based on different access sequence you have maintained for your condition type.

Condition Type and account keys are assigned and maintained in Pricing procedure not in VKOA.
