Blank Review and Send step while creating Travel Request from general Information in MSS

Hi All,

While creating travel request on behalf of subordinates from general information in MSS, I am getting a blank page in the second step(Review and Send) as shown in the screenshot below. This application is working fine for that employee when creating travel request for him in ESS. We are facing this issue in both Quality and Development, but in production it is working fine. What would be the problem? What needs to be checked? Please help.....

Is it Java or ABAP web dynpro version?

Could you somehow have removed view uisng personalization?

Thank you for your suggestion.

We are using Webdynpro Java version and I have cross checked the iView been used, but no UI Personalization has been done.moreover it is working fine in ESS. Is there any other possibilities????

Hi Suman,

I meant if there could have been some Personalization done on the iview from MSS role (running the iview in preview mode from MSS role).

Is it not working for all users?

I Checked the iView Personalization properly again in the preview mode and found the whole container was hidden. Thank you once again

No problem - glad it worked. If you ever end up with users removing containers etc. through their own personalization you can reset it here in portal 7.3

"System Administration > Support > PCD Tools > Personalization Data Cleanup" for Java applications.
