Filter only open vender POs in table

Hi

I need to find only open Vender POs in the table. Please let me know what’s the field I have to use to find only open POs in PO header (EKKO) or EKPO (Item level) or any other PO table.

Hi,

At which level you report needed?

Purchase orders open at purchase order level!

Purchase orders open at goods receipt level!

Purchase orders open at invoice level!

Get detailed report for  partially goods receipted which are open purchase orders in table EKBE with selection of fields EBELN (PO number), EBELP (PO item) and ELIKZ ("Delivery Completed" Indicator) where you can find report  for all good receipt purchase orders numbers with goods receipt done for purchase orders completely with indicator X in field ELIKZ and all other purchase orders are in list partially goods receipted which are open purchase orders.

Goods Receipt done but Invoice not done or Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt report can crosss check in t.code:MB5S

there is no single field which tells you whether the PO is open.

First of all you need to define what you understand under an "open PO"

is it just a PO which is not (not fully )supplied yet ?

is it a PO which is not yet invoiced?

is it a POwhich has a receipt and an invoice but not yet payed or not difference cleared in MR11?

For me is an open PO a document which cannot be archived, because it is not business completed, whatever is missing.
