Crystal report is connecting to differnt server after installing patch

We have installed BO BI 4.0 SP4 patch in our enviornment. Post installing same patch on client, we are facing unique issue. If we open any existing report connecting to production system, the client just connects to development server instead of Production server. Also the option to select a connection is disabled, hence we are not able to use this report.

We have tried installing Crystal on new system but still facing same issue.

If we try to create fresh report on production it allows to create and connect to production server.

    I agree, this doesn't sounds right..

    Are you in a position to try a clean SP04 full-build install, followed by a Patch4.x (4.9 available), and re-test?
