with out order related delivery

when i am creating delivery with out order how system takes the information of  1) movement type    2) item relevance for delivery or not   3) item relevant for billing or not  4) default  billing type  5) pricing procedure  ,,, could you please expiation to me ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Dear,

The Default Order Type in LO is control all functions in OVLK ( not Zero ) T.Code .This  had Billing Type in VOV8 ,you can see your Billing Type and go to VOV4 you can see your Item Category assigned to this Document Type and go VOV5 and see your Scheduling Category .This Document Type will be assinged to your Pricing procedure .
