Work Schedule

dear Guru,

Like to check, whats the procedure to create daily work schedule with a pattern where the workschedule is distributed in two days.

For example:

daily work schedule of 02.01.2013, start of work from previous day, in this case is 01.01.2013 night, and end on 02.01.2013. How can I configure in DWS?

-------------------------------------------

Start on

-------------------

date Clock-in

01.01.2013 23:30

End on

-------------------

date Clock-out

02.01.2013 08:00

Thankx

    Hi MTA,

The process would be same as that followed for a normal day shift.

Let me know where you are getting stuck

    Hi Muhammad,

Go into V_T550A and if you don't have any other requirement just put 23:30 and 08:00 in planned working time.

    Hi,

    Example :- Planned DWS = 22:00 to 06:00 on 02.02.2012

    Employee clock in @ 22:00 on 19.09.2012 and clock out @ 08:00 on 20.09.2012.

When you execute time evaluation System will form as Previous date indicator automatically .

Please check the below screen shot.
