Row level security

Everytime i migrate my universe between environments using LCM, My row level security breaks and i have to create it from the scratch. Is it normal for LCM to behave this way?

  Plus I am trying to activate mobile services for Bi 4. Please let me know any good guides to activate and set up the Mobile services

      At the end of LCM/Promotion manager job you have something call security.  Check your settings to make sure you have check the security options required, see below.

For mobile make sure are running BI 4.0 w/ SP4 or better.  All the information you need is located
