Hi,

We are currently working on 3.0b version. Actually there is a tcode RSZV for maintaining the variables. But once i entered that tcode it is saying that, it is obsolete. Please let me know there is any alternative way or Tcode for maintaining the variables.

Thanks

Hi Satya,

Please refer to this discussion:

It was about maintaining the variables in the workbench (older version) and maintaining them in the Query Designer (BW 3X versions).

Hope this helps...

I think this was a feature removed even from 3.0b since I did create variables from the query designer in 3.0b and now in 3.5

Hi,

since 3.0 this functionality is embedded in the BEX. Start the BEX, open or create a query, right click on the desired object and create your variable.

Thanks!

Is it the only way or any alternative method is there?
