Regarding LIS

Hello Experts,

I have a development. I need certain fields from 2lis_11_vaitm and certain fields from 2lis_13_vdkon.

so will my design be like this

1) install 2lis_11_vaitm

2) install 2lis_13_vdkon

3) create DSO

4) built transformation to get data from 2lis_11_vaitm

5) built transformation to get data from2lis_13_vdkon

or

Enhance 2lis_11_vaitm with fields of 2lis_13_vdkon

Hi Hoa,

Rather than enhance better to use standard data sources. If your going to enhance 2 to 4 fields from 2lis_11_vdkon are fine.if enhancing fields count more then its impact your extraction in ECC Side while doing/pulling data into BI side. Coding always impact on loading performance.

Best one is to use standard data source if available.

hi hoa,

once data sources active in R/3 side and replicated bw side in active version.

by using create transformations we can link to target if your using BI7.X of ur 3.x need to create transfer rules and updated rules.

pls let me know.

which version your using and have did required steps at R/3 Side?
