Hi folks,
I have been trying my hands on P&F for a while now and recently got a chance to create a new hire process for my current project. I started by copying the standard form (HIRE_01), and after providing the correct set of data and "checking" it throws error PBAS_SERVICE058 ("No data available for A <PERNR> 0001").
I have tried searching for any clue but no good results as yet. Please help if any one has faced any similar issue.

If you want to hire a new employee,you need to do the following config.-
1. SPRO--> Personnel Management --> Personnel Administration --> Customizing Procedures --> Actions --> Define infogroups.
2.Create customer specific status.
3.Set up personnel actions.
4.Create reason for personnel action.
5.Change Action menu.
6.Dynamic actions
7.Define a fiscal year variant for Company Code.

Hi Ankita,
Since while hiring an employee there will not be any data, so you need to provide few default values for PA/PSA and EG/ESG also please make sure the PERNR you are using is binded to PA0001 and its default value should be 'Default from business logic'.
For testing you can provide Manual default values to these fields, later on you can add your logic. Then you can try it will work.
