Problem with Printing

Hi Gurus,

I have a printer with the following configuration:

But while printing the following problem is faced:

The customer details are missing on the output (hard copy) on our original invoices.

When you select print preview on your screen it does show the details;

The output type used is ZBA0.

Dear Manu

Seems like a compatibility issue witht he driver. Why not use the device type "SWIN" instead. Perhaps this should solve your issue.

If this doesn't work, update the driver @ OS level and then retry with the same setting.

Hi,

   Can you please check whether you are able to see the data in the spool SP01??

If not, please request the ABAPer to check the codes as well as try to change  DEVICE TYPE to SAPWIN and check whether it works?

Please refer Note 8928 - List of supported printers/device types  for device type supported for HP printers

You can also try to update the printer driver in OS level and check.
