Extra goods issue lines not seen in CO11N for AFS production order

Hi experts,

We are using production orders in our AFS project. We have to give some extra confirmations after final confirmation due to our customers production type. However when we try to give additional confirmations, we can not see some components in goods movements. According to our analyse, we realised that, we cannot see the component in goods movements when withdrawal quantity is equal to requirement quantity. Also final issue flag is done for those components. At the beginning of my analyse, i thought that final issue flag is the answer, but even if I remove this flag and save the production order, still i cannot see those components in goods movements during confirmation.

Also we cannot add components manually because of AFS restrictions.

If anyone have some idea about this issue, please give your opinion.

Thanks and regards.

Neslihan.

Dear,

In this please increase the production order quantity first as if final delivery indicator will be there then no good movements are possible if you remove it and increase component quantity then it will update reservation and after that you can issue it to order while confirmation.

Please try the same and come back.

Dear Rupesh,

Thanks for your reply. Is there any way to bring extra good issue lines to goods movement without manuel addition to produciton order? Maybe a kind of configuration or smt like that?

Thanks and regards.

Dear Neslihan,

I tested it in my system. Every time I create confirmation for overdelivery, it proposes goods movements.

Dear Nitin,

Can you please try to give confirmation after all of the total quantity is confirmed and also all of the components are consumed. I mean requirement quantity of the components should be equal to withdrawn quantity.

For example create a production order which is about 100 pieces and give confirmation to 100 pieces. At the same time, components which is relevant to that production order are going to be consumed and their req. quantity and withdrawn quantity are going to be equal to each other. Then try to give an additional confirmation to that production order. In my tests, for those additional confirmations, goods issue lines for components didnot come to goods movements. However for some components, withdrawn quantity is less than requirement quantity, so i could see those components in goods movements.

Thanks for your effort.

Dear Nitin,

Our system is SAP IS-AFS and also our component is an AFS material. Your test conditions are equal to that?

Dear,

You need to manually increase the production order quantity. In AFS add extra material or quantity in good movement confirmation is not supported.

For any quantity inconsistencies please execute program 'J_3ACRSB'. If the program does not yet exist in your system, implement it as described in Note 191780.

here you find a detailed description for the report.Start the program in the test mode first. If there are missing entries listed, start the program in the update mode

Please refer OSS  Note 903552 - FAQ - AFS production control and execution

Question 7: Why we cannot add an AFS component in the goods movements screen of the transaction CO11N?
Answer: It is not possible to add a AFS component manually in the goods movement overview screen during confirmations. This functionality is not supported. Hence, for this reason, if you attempt to add a AFS component manually you get the error message 8J 058 (Function not supported for AFS materials).

Please raise this concern to SAP may they will provide you some relevant note for this issue.
