BW Security auth for BEx reporting directly on an InfoProvider

Hi all,

I want my users to be able to open BEx Analyzer and point it directly to an InfoProvider. I am currently able to do this but I have developer access. My user, who I just gave instructions on how to do this, wasn't able to see any InfoProviders. He was only able to see queries. Can someone point me in the right direction to enable this for my users?
