Dashboards loading very slow

Created a Dashboard using a webservice on Dashboard designer. (BO 4.0)

The dashboards have been working fine until now .. even the most simple one is taking 15 min to load. Some just give a TIME out error at the end of 10 min.

we create a webi report and the report data comes out fine in seconds.... the webservice is created and then consumed in the dashboard design tool.

Any inputs appreciated.
