Database file not importing into report-just the fields

I am using Crystal Standard Product type full version 11.0.0.1282.  Here's my problem...

When I creat an export file in the format Blackbaud Report Writer Database, export and then open up Crystal (using report Wizard) the data does not import into the report.  I have created links appropriately, but I did notice that after I made the links a new file with the same name and extension of Microsoft Access Record-Linking Information appears along with the database file.

I cannot get my information to import--any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Hi Nancy,

I suggest you contact Blackbaud for help, I assume you are using their application so they need to support the functionality.

They should update their runtime to version 11.5 which is Crystal Reports XI R2, they are using R1.
