    Hi,

    First take the position ID for the employee to whom your going to change to org.unit. then go to T-code PP02.

    here you select the below

    Plan version = 01

    Object type= S.

    Object ID -XXXXXXXX. (position ID)

    Infotype = 1001

    Subtype= A003 (belongs to relationship for your org unit.)

    you can select the validity period giving the start date and end date.

    now you click on either create or change. If you click the change then system will chnage the exixsting org unit but if you click on create wich the validity start date and end date then system will delimit the perivious org-unit.once you chnage , check in IT0001 then your new org unit will be display.

    If you want to do this for mass employee. then you can do a LSMW recording and upload for all employee.

    Regards,

    Dinesh
