SAP CRM Not able to edit Condition type in WebUI but same is editable in GUI

Hello Friends,

We have downloaded condition type from ECC, the condition type doesn't have any access sequence and it is also marked as Manual in Pricing procedure.

At the time of creating a transaction in CRM, I am able to add condition type in Price details, but not able to maintain any value. I tried similar creation of transaction in GUI environment and was able to maintain value against the same condition type. Now I open the same transaction ID in Web UI, the value is displayed, but still not editable.
