F4 value help for imported data elements with check table

Hi!

Does anybody know how to implement F4 value help for data elements imported via Adaptive RFC which - in SAP - are checked via check table?

As far as I can see, this is no problem for data types created out of domains with value range, but in other cases the created data types seem to be immutable & I can't think of an intelligent way to deposit dozens of value for a input field manually.
