    Hi Shinas

You may Use AR29N- New valuation. Please go through the standard SAP functionality help for process and steps.

If you have any doubts please get back in the forum.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

Impairment of Asset is nothing else but its depreciation only. For Intangible Assets word used is Impairment of Asset whereas in Tangible Asset word used is Depreciation. Now impairment of assets can be done in same way as is done in depreciation case. You can also post more depreciation in form of unplanned depreciation. Similarly the same thing is Impairment, according to me.

    Malhar.

      Hi,

Impairment means permanent reduction in value of asset, so you can take use of unplanned Depreciation also as well as JV can also be passed whereby new GL 'Impairment Loss' will be created and then credit would be Asset.

      Malhar.
