Hi, Please advise what is the configuration required to use active ingredients to use MQC? Also advise how the characteristic columns will appear n MQC screen? is there any config need to do for that. please advise.
For MQC active ingredient setting u achive thorugh Master recipe.For active ingredient you suppose to choose forumula then u need to create characteristics that need to assign to MMR classification view with thier ratio.
Example :- Let I am making H2SO4 for that i have mentioned thier concentration through charct.
test_h2so 4 :- 10 ml
It will work depends on ur MQC formula also u need to use automatic batch determination .
Pls check below help file & configured MQC in case any issue pls revert.
Hi Ravindra, my issue is even after adding the potency characteristic in batch class, the characteristic column is not appearing in recipe- MQC Screen. please advise.
As per my understanding there is no seperate column for characeristics.Once u clik on MQC icon there is first column is object description that is coming frm master recipe components description.
Pls give screen shot where u want chartc.descrition column so that we can guide u.
