BOM history components are required to measure the variance

Hi gurus,

My client's BOM varies a lot due to the non-availability of stock, they use

Client requires that whenever there is a change in BOM, there should be some report that gives the variance analysis between the child items that were required (if the stock was available) and the items that have been used due to non-availability of stock.

Kindly guide me if there is any trace of the child items of BOM that was first created and if i can get difference from it with the latest BOM that has been modified

Hi,

There are two option,

1. Using change log under Tools to find difference

2. Creating customized query using tables OITT,ITT1 and AITT.
