    Thanks Mr. Rupesh,

    Sushant,

As per the PM Module concerned, there are Master Data & Business Processes.

    Master Data:

    1. Equipment - Machines, Vehicles, PRTs, Assemblies in business terms
    2. Functional Location - Where the Equipment is installed, like Buildings, Plant Area, Workshop, et.,
    3. Maintenance Work Centers - Electricians, Mechanics, Technicians, etc,
    4. Measuring Points - KM Readings for vehicles, Wear & Tear of Equipments, etc.,
    5. Maintenance Plan - Preventive Plan for a year for all the equipments
    6. Task List - List of Activities to be done on Preventive Maintenance with Frequency & Spare Parts
    7. Bill of Material for Equipment
    8. Etc.,

    Business Processes:

    1. General Maintenance
    2. Breakdown Maintenance
    3. Preventive Maintenance

These are the common processes used in PM Module. I suggest you to go through SAP Help on PM Module to understand this better.
