when I create a shopping cart , I enter the Approval note and I saved the cart . I did not order. When I come back in the saved cart , the approval note is grayed out and already entered note is not available to edit. I would expect that one could change the approval note till the cart is ordered and should not be able to change after ordering .
Is it standard behavior? please share your thoughts and experiences
