OutOfMemoryError during ESS import into CMS

All-

I have configured my NW server using the JDI-DTR-and-CBS config template. I have created a track and I have successfully checked in the pcui_gp component into my dev environment. But whenever I attempt to import the ESS package, I keep receiving an "Java.LangOutOfMemoryError" in my defaultTrace.

Has anyone else encountered this? Did you have to modify the "delivered" config template settings?
